Her Story

I did not find this path.

I remembered my way back to myself.

My work began long before I knew what to call it.

It began with the places in me that could no longer be ignored.

The body became the doorway.

Not because it needed to be corrected.

Because it had been speaking all along.

Read the story

The Beginning

The body asked me to stop leaving it behind.

My conscious inner journey began in 2015.

I had reached a place where old pain, emotional patterns, and ways of abandoning myself could no longer remain hidden.

I began to turn inward. Not to create a new version of myself. To meet what had been waiting beneath the surface.

This path slowly led me back to the body. I began to understand that the body was not something to overcome.

It was a source of intelligence. A place where truth could be felt before it could be explained.

The Foundation

Practice gave me a place to stay.

Yoga and meditation became part of my life in 2016. They gave me structure. Breath. Stillness.

A way to remain present when the mind wanted to escape.

I completed yoga teacher trainings in 2018 and 2019. From 2020 to 2021, I trained in Yoga Therapy.

This deepened my understanding of body-centered practice, emotional regulation, trauma-aware support, anxiety, depression, and eating-disorder recovery.

The work taught me to listen more carefully. To respect timing. To understand that safety cannot be forced.

Tantra

I discovered a path that welcomed all of me.

I discovered tantra in 2021. It changed the way I understood intimacy, presence, and life itself.

Tantra invited me to meet experience without immediately dividing it into good and bad.

Light and shadow could exist in the same room. Tenderness and desire could belong to the same body. Spirit and flesh did not need to be separated.

I began to experience sensuality as something wider than performance. As aliveness. As attention. As the capacity to remain present.

The Priestess Path

The Rose gave language to something I already felt.

In 2023, I completed a one-year training in Sacred Tantric Priestess Arts and Tantra Massage in Portugal. I continued with advanced tantra massage studies in 2024.

This path brought together many of the threads that had already been forming within me. The body. Devotion. Conscious touch. Ceremony. The feminine and masculine.

The understanding that intimacy can become a place of spiritual practice when it is held with honesty, boundaries, and presence.

The Rose became a symbol for this integration. Tenderness with boundaries. Beauty that does not require self-abandonment. An open heart that remains rooted in the body.

Relationship

I met connection differently when I stopped abandoning myself.

Over time, the work I practiced alone began to enter relationship. I learned to meet closeness from a deeper relationship with myself.

Not by disappearing into another. By staying whole while staying near.

This became the ground for the Eros retreat. Relationship as a place of practice, honesty, and embodied presence.

Eros is created and facilitated together with Ritam. Two facilitators bringing their individual practices into a shared retreat space.

The Work Now

Now I create the spaces I once needed.

Today, I live and work between Bali and Norway.

I offer private tantric sessions, immersions, courses, women’s circles, ceremonies, workshops, retreats, and curated tantra events.

The forms are different. The foundation remains the same. Slowness. Consent. Embodied presence. Clear boundaries. Listening without rushing to fix.

I do not hold this work from above. I walk beside the person. I trust that the body carries its own intelligence.

My role is not to tell you who to become. It is to help create the conditions where you can hear yourself more clearly.

This work is not about becoming someone else.

It is about remembering what remains when performance falls away.

Training & Practice

The paths that shaped my work.

  • Yoga teacher training, 2018
  • Yoga teacher training, 2019
  • Yoga Therapy training, 2020 to 2021
  • Sacred Tantric Priestess Arts, 2023
  • Tantra Massage training in Portugal, 2023
  • Advanced tantra massage training, 2024
  • Ongoing practice in tantra, embodiment, ceremony, consent, and relational work

I hold these practices not as proof of authority.

I hold them as disciplines of listening.

Each one continues to shape how I meet the body, relationship, and the spaces I facilitate.
